Bio: DJ E.L. is one of the hottest DJ's in the Tri State area. He has been deejaying for

over 15 years and has entertained thousands across Connecticut and Western Massachusetts. DJ E.L. is part of Aces Full Entertainment, a DJ crew that has a strong presence in the Connecticut music scene and also a member of The Connecticut Music Pool, one of the most prominent
music pools in the country.

DJ E.L. got his start on radio in 1992 when he began to deejay on Central Connecticut State University's college RADIO STATION, WFCS 107.7 FM.

mixes. His mix show was one of the most highly listened to shows on the station. In addition he began to DJ most of the campus and off campus parties that he dubbed "Sweaty Wallz", because of the way the walls would drip wet as a result of the body heat from people dancing. Shortly after, DJ E.L. began to get jobs deejaying in nightclubs. DJ E.L. has performed in most of the major clubs in Connecticut and Western Massachusetts such as The Bar with No Name, The West Indian Social Club, and Geraldine's.

He has also performed at most of the major colleges and universities in Connecticut such as UConn, Trinity College, The University of Hartford and Wesleyan University.

DJ E.L. has the longest running mixshow in Connecticut, 13 years and growing. Besides just DJing on radio and doing parties, DJ E.L. can also battle. In 1998 DJ E.L. entered his first DJ battle and came in 2nd. Over the years, he has competed in many battles, including the Technics DMC DJ Battle, which is one of the most prominent DJ battles in the world. He felt it was a very positive experience to compete against so many talented DJ's under one roof. Due to his skills at scratching and beat juggling, DJ E.L. has become a very respected DJ in the battle circuit.

DJ E.L. was recognized for his love and dedication to the craft when The New York Times interviewed him on November 17, 2002 and the European online magazine, ReactMag.com, published an interview in December 2003.

Overview DJ E.L. feels that he is a "Complete DJ". Whether it's deejaying on radio, spinning at a club, or participating in a DJ battle, DJ E.L. excels on all levels. They don't call him Connecticut's Best Kept Secret for nothing.
